Daily check-in Wednesday, 7/15

Good morning everyone !

Yesterday was RS and a walk in the evening. Today is L&G and abs.

Short night again last night, so I hope I have some energy today. I've been watching TV since 3 am. Didn't get to bed until after 11.

Yawn.

Good morning all,

I was a total pig yesterday, I could not get enough to eat! I shouldn't be Pmsing right now, but I was hungry all day. I was even craving chocolate! I made do with Tootsie Rolls, but my goodness what is my problem??

Today was supposed to be Upper body only, but after the carbs last night I felt the need for a total body workout. I did Jari's Slim and Lean, maybe I will feel slimmer and leaner today!!!:p
 
Hi all,

I did Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 minutes to Fitness-Kickboxing today for my workout. Decided to stay home from the gym and give my muscles a good rest before going back tomorrow.
