Hello everyone,
Feel so accomplished today. Already crossed off 5 items on my to-do list for today. AND I did my workout. I did a 6K fartlek on my treadmill. Using Imax3 as my lead. I ran 8K during the side steps, 8.5K during the intervals and 10K/hour at the blasts!! Absolutely terrific run. And it is so great to hear Cathe say things like "stay strong, stay focussed" when you're huffing and puffing "I know you can do it", "I'm right there with you".
Actually watching/listening to a Cathe w/o when running on the TM is quite motivating.
Well, got lots more things on my list for today so I'll be off.
