Don't know what its going to be for me tonight...I think cardio plus a Gym Style Upper. We shall see.

Good morning ladies!

A glorious morning it is!!

Last night Hubby went out to Dick's sporting goods and bought us a Power Tower Station, for chin up's dips and abs, and we ordered (((((((((((((P90X))))))))))))))) last night!!
OH MY, OH MY, I AM A HAPPY GIRL TODAY!!!!!!!!!!

Cathy: How did you like Stretch max?? I still have not tired that one. I have done Rhythmic step once off fit TV, but not since I got all my DVD's..I am going to have to work it in sometime this week.

Charlotte: My legs are still sore from Legs and glutes on Monday, that is a great workout!! WOW!!

Tammy: You will love Muscle max, Great workout!!

Morning everyone:

Last night was a c-c-c-cold run (about 4 miles) and then the weight section from Body Max. I was going to do the abs as well, but just didn't have it in me.

Tonight is probably KPC.

Denise...you will LOVE P90X!!!! As much as you like to workout these will be great workouts for you. Pull-ups and chin-ups are tough though, but I think the whole series was fun!!

I am doing Janis Safell Hardcore kickbox, and the Chest & Back from MM that I didn't get to yesterday.

I also have a crown that is loose...x( , so hoping to get into my dentist today....Have a great day...:)...Carole
 
Good morning everyone - I really need to get that L&G! Everytime I kick myself for not having it, but am going to wait . . . being patient this time.

Anyways, never checked in yesterday - its much harder now to check in since the boss can run a search and find out all our websites we are visiting, he is the type of boss that is ALL work and NO breaks! I think he thinks I am crazy when I eat granola bars at my desk or break to grab a cup of tea - he drives me nuts -

Anyway, yesterday was Viper - WOW! Loved it! Today I did ME, and my arms are burned out now! Feels good. Later I teach a pilates class and am supposed to go on a 3.5 mile jog to keep on track for this half marathon I am running for the first time. Yesterdays weather was not good and Monday was so windy you could about blow over when you went outside, so hopefully today I will get my jog in.....going to be 45 degrees but that is plenty warm!

I am posting a question on Slim Series vs. CTX series if any of you Cathe experts would like to respond. I would like to really super lean out my body and get super cut, my rotation is booked through May, but will order something then for the summer :9
