it's great to look in here and see all the hard work that goes on out there. yesterday i did IMAX3 and made it all the way through, it wasn't pretty, but i did it. today i did KICKMAX and found that i can actually do the tuck jumps with some pretty good air. previously i had been vertically challenged. when Cathe says IMAX will improve your fitness levels she isn't kidding. i also want to THANK everyone for your unintentional encouragement, i don't know anyone who works out like i do, so if i told anyone else what i had been doing they really would not get it.
