OH MY with all the talk over on the Video forum about Leaner Legs, I decided to give it a go this afternoon. CAN YOU SAY FRIED?!?!!! :eek: :+ I even left out alot of the sets and modified some and still it really does live up to its nickname of Meaner Legs!! I made it through barely, even with my orthotics though the 1 legged squats on the step didn't feel right on my toe. I think it is the bending of the toe in that move that bothered it.:+ I also did PUB shoulders. You know using my weighted gloves (which are 1.5 pounds) along with say a 5 pound weight gives you 6.5 pounds of weight for shoulders so you don't necessarily have to go up to 8 pounds for the heavy weight. Cathe says that if you have a way to go up only 1 pound increments that that is a better way to go with shoulders. So in this case using the weighted gloves is helpful in my weight workout along with my kickboxing workouts.:) :D

My brother was over again today, he is doing wonderful..I am proud of him!

Today was:
P90X:Back & Biceps, ABRX and 40 minutes of HIIT on my Elliptical with a 30/30-15/15 split....Wonderful!

Hello again everybody:

I meant to go to the gym adn hop on the elliptical but the gym was packed so I left, which means I lied as to what my workout would be for today. I did the rest of the workout though.

Unfortunately, we dont rotate passovers because we tried that and the SIL who is oblivious, cant cook either. Last time we ate there the meat was undercooked and I got sick. So, its safer for everybody to not rotate. She wont go out either even if everybody else wants to go out so we can have a break from cooking. She keeps saying I will cook then and we wont go there.

ACE certification I am aiming for november's test.
 
I lifted weights in the garage with my DH last night. Did upper body and then we did StretchMax #3 together. Nice workout! It is nice to have company sometimes.

This morning I ran on the treadmill for 23 minutes. I am working my way up in time. This evening I am not sure what I will fit in. I think I might see if my DH wants to get in some exercise with me. Get your minds out of the gutter!! That is a good idea though! Maybe I will get in two more workouts! Heeheehee!

Hey all you sweat-lovin divas! great workouts! i have yet to do mine because my paintmax is taking longer than expected. red is a difficult color b/c you have to do so many coats to get good coverage. x( it's looking great though and it REALLY brightened up the hall!:eek:

Evenin' chicks!

I did Imax 3 and segment 2 of Coremax with the stability ball. Then I did some squats and plie squats with a 45 lb barbell. My SO had to lift it for me though. There's no way I could lift that over my head.
 
it's great to look in here and see all the hard work that goes on out there. yesterday i did IMAX3 and made it all the way through, it wasn't pretty, but i did it. today i did KICKMAX and found that i can actually do the tuck jumps with some pretty good air. previously i had been vertically challenged. when Cathe says IMAX will improve your fitness levels she isn't kidding. i also want to THANK everyone for your unintentional encouragement, i don't know anyone who works out like i do, so if i told anyone else what i had been doing they really would not get it.

ps i must have missed plyox, is it a Cathe workout?
