Well, yesterday I ended up doing MIS. Today is a planned rest day but I may do one of the CTX cardios before heading off to work...since I'm up so dang early!

Today is PLB for me.

Today is Friday for me also, I am off (WHOO HOO!!) for the next 4 days:D

I avoid the stores at all cost for the next 6 weeks!!:eek: My Channukah shopping is done (we only have 2 nights to do, relatives fill in the rest)

I've since given up trying to get a regular workout in and just have decided to leave my heeled boots off and use my sneakers to walk whereever I can. Seems I've been doing lots of that lately.

I did pick up my kettlebell and did a few minutes of swings though while I was in my kitchen... who would have thought that while I cook I can swing my bell and get the HR up? lol

My dh likes to hit to computers stores at 4am on Black Fridays for super deals :) Me it depends but I'm doing most of my shopping online, just about done really. I cringe shopping in large noisy crowds.

Friday for me today as well, great feeling isn't it?

Deanie - My dread factor with ME is all those stinking Leg Presses!

Today was Lower Body - I did Leaner Legs. What a killer in a short period of time!

Tomorrow is a cardio day I think. I will get something done before having to get my cooking going! Maybe a CC??

Hi all,

I am on a roll, I did PUB warm up, triceps, biceps then did MIS abs and all of (yes I said ALL of) Total Body Fat Blasting Cardio taebo workout with weighted gloves on. I burned total for both workout 1500 calories. That is wonderful!!!

I unfortunately have to work half a shift tomorrow morning from 7 am to 11:15 am. I am soooo NOT a morning person and this is not my normal shift or day.

After I get home we will leave for my sil's house for Thanksgiving with my dh's family.
