Daily Check-In Wednesday, 11/25

Hi Tammy,
Thanks for getting us going today. Last day of work for the week, but not the last day for workouts.

Today was cardio - I did Step til you Drop2 , segments 1 and 3 ( Mark and Laura,) then the core pilates section from the step and pilates workout by Jules Benson.

In honor of Anna Benson, I think a Firm may be in order for tomorrow before I get the turkey in the oven.
 
Hi everybody,

I did about 40 min. of Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme taking it easy on all the toe jumps and bounces. I really wanted to do something different even with my foot issues at the moment. It felt good.
