Gooood Morning all,

Did 35min of Imax2 (int. 2-3-5-6-8) followed by S&H legs, putting 44pounds on the bb for squats and plie squats. It wasn't heavy enough but I'm still not sure if I can lift more over my head. Maybe next time I'll try to add a few pounds. Don't know yet if I'll add another w/o later this afternoon.

It's grey and rainy overhere and only 11C. Oh well, it's dry inside ;-)

Hello Dutchie and all who read this later :)

Today is a wonderful day, for no appartent reason. It is just a day to smile. Scheduled for a workout today is an outdoor run 4 miles. I will do the run/walk 5:1 ratio for as long as I can. Then a good stretch and maybe some floor leg work. I only have one more run after today before my litle race.
I am already sore from GS Chest & Triceps, and Rearrange Bedroom Furniture Max, followed by Declutter Master Closet Max. I must be in such a good mood because of all the decluttering, LOL It is a very freeing feeling.

Hey there, Dutchie! Great workout!

I am doing A-Jock's 4wk Faux CTX Rotation. I love it so far!;-) I am working one muscle a day to absolute fatigue. I am going extremely heavy. I have soreness everyday I wake up. I can't wait to see the results at the end of the month.

Today HST w/u & cardio & leg premix, MM Shoulders, SM #2, & a run with my sister.

Hi Carla, Judy and Dutchie,

Our weather here in Dnever is warm again. YAY! Today will be 30 minutes of abs, ME, then for cardio intervals on the treadmill. I split this up through the day. So if anyone thinks I am crazy enough to do all three in a row I am not :). Glad to see everyone is happy this morning. Enjoy your day!
