Did Imax2 intervals 1-3-5-7-9 today, followed by Leaner Legs + abs. Then I tried to do the floor exercises off of PLB, but my ball kept rolling away. I had no control. When my calves started cramping, I just gave up gracefully I used to have control with my old ball. But that one sprung a leak and my new ball just doens't want to listen to me. Maybe there's too much air in it? I noticed Cathe's ball seems softer than mine: when she puts her heel on it she sort of flattens the top of the ball. Doesn't happen with my ball. I'm looking for an excuse, did you notice?
