Gooooood Morning all,

Did Imax2 intervals 1-3-5-7-9 today, followed by Leaner Legs + abs. Then I tried to do the floor exercises off of PLB, but my ball kept rolling away. I had no control. When my calves started cramping, I just gave up gracefully:) I used to have control with my old ball. But that one sprung a leak and my new ball just doens't want to listen to me. Maybe there's too much air in it? I noticed Cathe's ball seems softer than mine: when she puts her heel on it she sort of flattens the top of the ball. Doesn't happen with my ball. I'm looking for an excuse, did you notice?

Hello everyone,
Dutchie: my ball has a slight depression in it when I put my legs on top but the ball still rolled when I first tried these exercises. I have it under control now. Perhaps try deflating it a little to see if that helps at all.
Last night for me : Gym Style Legs (floor work and stretch only as I did PLB standing a few days ago) and Gym Style Shoulders.

Tonight will be cardio.

Last night I did 35 mins on my Gazelle circuit style and then I did the arm drills, c/d and stretch from ctx: kicbox. I wasn't in the mood for real choreography...my brain didn't feel like processing it last night so I took it easy. ;)

Tonight I will do something along the lines of Step Blast or Low Max (w/o the blasts).

It is already 60's outside here!! Looks like it will be a great day today.

Today is:
MIC: This morning
P90X: Shoulders and Arms and AB Ripper X with 16 Cathe pikes on the ball added on at the end...:) later today.

Last night I had my hubby take some more pictures of me, and I am surprised with the results thus far...Yeah!!

I added the pictures to my picture trail..GO LOOK!!

I had my hubby take these pictures of me because 2 of my "friends" told me I was looking TOO thin these days and I needed to stop losing weight.. Sarah:AKA:Imafitnessfreak.. told me I should post them on my picture trail...so I did..LOL..Thanks Sarah!! Your a great friend!!

My weight now is 134lbs, I would like to get down to 120's.. build more defined muscle mass throughout... what do you guys think????
 
Thanks Denise:) I don't think you look too thin at all. I get that all the time too. How tall are you? We look to be about the same build.

I am 5"4.. I always wanted to be taller..with legs to my neck..LOL Never will happen!! I have a longer torso and shorter legs..

Have you found any good stuff in the BTFFTM book??? I love that book!! It has totally changed the way I work out and eat..etc.. I have noticed great changes in my body since changing my workouts around.

I weigh the same as you, but I'm 5'6". I'd also like to get down into the 125 range.

I'm ashamed to admit I haven't had time to do anything but skim the book so far, but I'm hoping to get some serious reading done on it this weekend. I'm really looking forward to it!

I can't wait until I can really concentrate on my work outs and create goals and push towards them!!!!

I am 5' 3 1/2" and was 125# pre-pregnancy. I'd like to lose a few more pounds myself if it's possible and get a little definition in my muscles.

Right now my only goal is to minimize weight gain and maintain muscle...

I will be doing Coremax #2 and Stretch Max #2 tonight.

Denise, you look awesome. I love it when people think you are too thin, or working out to much. But then I find those are the people that are over weight and don't work out. At least that is the way it is with me. }(

Wendy, with your determination, you will have that baby weight off in no time. ;-)

Morning all. This morning was SB. Low on energy when I woke up and had a headache, but now I feel great. Good thing I didn't talk myself out of doing it (although I started to). I had to make up for the 4 chocolate chip cookies I ate last night. Bad girl!!!

How do you like the P90X? Is it a lot different than Cathe? More effective???

PS: No workout for me thus far today. Next week is the END of a huge conference I have been putting together for months, so I am looking forward to GETTING THERE! We have our sign language class tonight and I am going to try to do at least some cardio afterwards...
 
Hi all you nice fit wonderful ladies,

How's that for an intro?!!?:)

I did PUB shoulders today and then did the Lunges, squats, and floorwork off of PLB. It had been a realllllly loooooooooooong time since I felt like doing lunges and squats and boy do my legs feel it!!:+ :eek: :( :7 It will be a miracle if I can walk tomorrow!!! It was a nice workout and maybe now I will feel more like doing standing legwork again,sigh, I hope so!!
