I need a pullup/chinup challenge too !!! Unfortunately as of right now I don't even have a place /equipment to do them.

I'm not sure yet what I'll do for them in STS.
I am doing all the pushups on my toes too. Only once last week I dropped down and did the last 4 on my knees. I think it was on day 3 and I just couldn't finish on my toes !
I don't think you were ranting but maybe the challenge along with a heavy lifting rotation is just too much ??
Someone asked me last week if I am seeing progress, sorry that I don't think I ever answered.
I know I am getting stronger , because the first set today was 30 and I cranked them out somewhat easily and when I started I think my max was 22. With the 30 today I could have done more. Not sure how many though.....maybe just a few .....?

I thought PU's mainly being a chest exercise would help mainly that area but I've noticed my arms look more defined , and I LIKE it !
