Ah, what a difference a good night's sleep makes. :D I only woke once and was able to get back to it. Yea!

Today will be LIS\HIS cardio premix and pushups.

Today is supposed to be a kettlebell day, but I don't feel like it. I think I may do the LIS/HIS cardio pm w/Phyllis. I have to check out the push-up challenge.

Power Hour for me today.

Seems this week started quite busy and doesn't seem to be stopping but that is life. :)

Phyllis: Happy to hear you got yourself a goodnight's rest.

Becky: Have a great PU day where are you at on the chart? I did that retest after week 2 for week 3 and couldn't do to 20+ consecutive so I'll be staying in week 2 for a another day of so, but then again I retested after I ran a CC mish mosh of mine that was 65 min long. I wonder if I should retest.

Tammy: I'm still interested in trying out those KettleBell workouts but hesitate at the added equipment I would have to order since I can't find any KB sold locally. Have fun with LIS/HIS cardio thats a good one and fun too.

Deanie: Sounds like you have agood workout planned for yourself today - Enjoy!

I just finished my pushups, was stretching out and checking mail.

I'm in the last column - although most days I think I should go down one !:confused:
I just did day two of week 4. Today was 114 pu's. I think the most I've done so far is 127 , although I don't add them up every time.

I still get very shaky after 30 consectutive pushups and am wondering HOW I am going to make it to 100 straight ups in so little time !??:eek:
Maybe I'm not ?:(

B & G today, and it didn't hit me too badly, I was surprised. This workout sometimes smacks of overkill for me, but it didn't seem too bad today.

I'm in week 3, day 1 of the pu challenge, and I had a hard time with 25. (1st rounds)I only did 20 on my toes. So, I may end up repeating this week, we'll see.

I was sweating like crazy after the LIS\HIS premix. It is a fun one and moves along quickly.

workout complete! getting tired of all the stupid pushups!!:mad:

I am in the last column of pushups also. I just completed week 3 day 2. I happen to be good at pushups, don't know why. Anyway I am doing them on my toes and not taking the rests for as long as they say. I'm just getting tired of tacking on extra work now that I am doing a heavy lifting rotation. I did the pushups last today, since I worked my bi/tri really hard and I didn't want my muscles to fatigued. I really need a chinup/pullup challenge since I can only do 2 sets of 3 chinups and I can only do 1 pullup!!!!! sorry about the rant:eek:

I need a pullup/chinup challenge too !!! Unfortunately as of right now I don't even have a place /equipment to do them.:mad:
I'm not sure yet what I'll do for them in STS.:(

I am doing all the pushups on my toes too. Only once last week I dropped down and did the last 4 on my knees. I think it was on day 3 and I just couldn't finish on my toes !

I don't think you were ranting but maybe the challenge along with a heavy lifting rotation is just too much ??

Someone asked me last week if I am seeing progress, sorry that I don't think I ever answered.
I know I am getting stronger , because the first set today was 30 and I cranked them out somewhat easily and when I started I think my max was 22. With the 30 today I could have done more. Not sure how many though.....maybe just a few .....?:rolleyes:
I thought PU's mainly being a chest exercise would help mainly that area but I've noticed my arms look more defined , and I LIKE it ! :D

Okay.......SOMEONE is CHATTY CATHY today ! Sorry about that............
