Good Morning Glories!

Cardio, shoulders and abs for me today.

Phyllis ~ Thanks for getting us started this morning.
 
Tammy, do you do your abs BEFORE you do cardio? I really hate working the after cardio because I feel icky and don't want to lay on the floor!
 
Hi everyone,

Today was Amy's APX Chest and Shoulder split, then Amy's section 2 core and stretch.
 
For variety I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit,... which means I will do weights every day this week but that is ok with me.

Phyllis ~ I do my cardio first, then the UB work and then the abs...by that point in time I'm more than happy to lie on the floor for a rest :confused:;)
