I plan on a run today and the KM LCD's and maybe another short leg w/o add-on

Hi Girls!

Today is GS back/biceps, 40 min. step (not sure which yet- any suggestions for a fun steady state step?) and AbRipperX}(

No doubt I'll also get walking in later with a family member!:p
(as Jane said , they are walking me to death!:eek: )

All this cardio and I've recently gained a couple pounds!:eek: :-( So I need to take a look at my diet, which I didn't think was all that bad!! One habit that's GOT to go is TV snacking at night! I'm sure that's not helping at all. During the day I am pretty healthy....lots of fruits and veggies and eating every 3 or 4 hours (mini meals or snacks like a fruit smoothie), then at night I break out the baked chips and hummus, or peanuts , or rice cakes. Not all together unhealthy stuff but MINDLESS eating, so the portions are WAY outta whack! I KNOW I need to stop this! Maybe it's a GOOD thing all my shows are ending!

Anyway, sorry for my rant. Just was not a happy camper to see the scale up another pound this morning. That's after yesterday's GS Legs, 30 min. -3 mile run with 1 1/2 walking w/u & c/d and later a 3 mile walk !! And just for the record no snacking last night.

Becky, have a good work out today. When I get hungry at night I usually choose to eat cereal. I can't get out of control because I only eat what I put in my bowl and no more! It's worked for me so far....knock on wood!;)

Today is C&W for me and then I'm done with my current rotation! WOO HOO!
 
good morning all! i hope everyone has great workouts today :)

in light of these new stitches in my foot, i've revamped my rotation this week, so today is pilates and s&h bis and back.

Have some doc appt's today so I am not sure when I will get a workout in. Hope to work shoulders and abs though, maybe a walk. I have fire drill tonight, so busy busy!

Good morning all!

this is gonna be a quickie because I hear the kiddos stirring upstairs.
I just finished Lowmax 1-4 and GS back, plus (sound the trumpets!) I actually and truly did CM#1!! I meant to do it yesterday, and never got around to it. Unfortunately, that is often the case with my ab work.

Morning everyone - sounds like everyone is getting a good start to the day.

This morning I did Kickmax - the combos plus the blasts. Add to that the 30 min of back exercises that my PT has me doing and that was enough for now. He'll give me a good workout when I go in later too - I always need a shower when he's done with me. If only he did personal training, he's really good at getting me to push beyond my own limits.

It's sunny here in CT today so I'm hoping to get in a power walk later. I am craving sunshine and fresh air after all this rain!!!
 
Good morning everyone,

Today was supposed to be GS Legs, but I felt like going after everything! So I did MIS instead. I really like that workout, I find myself reaching for it alot!

Becky, I try not to eat anything at all after dinner. I find myself sleeping better and feeling so much better in the morning. I actually have a cutoff time of 7:00pm. It helps me, at least.

Tracy - I have had CM for weeks now, and never used it yet! But it is on before the week ends ;-)

This morning, I did Kick Max. Tonight, I plan to do something not sure yet, thinking Leg & Glutes.

Thanks for the support and ideas on the late night/TV snacking. I do KNOW I shouldn't eat after dinner and I even know that if I AM hungry before bed I should choose something healthy like yogurt, fruit, veggies or oatmeal but then DH grabs chips and I join in !;(
It seems to have become a habit. We turn on our shows and head to the kitchen! I know I just have to break the habit! That's why it's actually GOOD for me that all the season finale's are happening now!

Dispite the drizzle and light rain this morning, at 6:08 I took a walk outside with my beloved XM radio. We walked for 45 minutes, and may do a little more this afternoon.

Did some chin-ups and inverted rows, and WILL do push-ups later. So far a good day - my key is to work out early.

Morning,

It's SUNNY. Finally warmth and sun. It's about time. yesterday was a KPC premix with legs and glutes. I am feeling it today. I also went for a hour long walk because the rain stopped and needed to get out.
This afternoon I will do step blast. Looking forward to sweating. have a sunny day everyone.
 
Good morning all above and any below. I did manage to run a couple miles last night, but boy, it was tough. I'd much rather step for 2 hours! Today is a leg day. Probably L&G. Hope you all have a wonderful one.
 
Something new for me today, I bought a rebounder last night and gave it a go with the one 20 minute rebounder workout that I have, I only stumbled off of it once (with style and grace of course!!). It was pretty fun and I worked up a good sweat, I guess I'll have to dig out some workouts and try to figure out how to modify them. I followed with an hour of yoga.

Off to work again!

Good evening fitness folks.... looks like some fantastic workouts going on today.

I did my 30 minute run with an additional 10 minute w/u and c/d, then I did KM LCD's with the stretch, and then Muscle Max Push/Pull Upper Body premix.

I feel nice and worked out.

Hey all,

This morning, after a 10 hour sleep last night, I did GS Legs. My chest and triceps are still sore from GS CT on Monday, but I think they're doing well enough for me to tackle the back, bicep, shoulder workout tomorrow. Not sure what cardio I'm going to pick yet. We'll see what the morning brings.

Daily Check-in

I am checking in very late tonight. I did Step and Intervals for the first time today. Fun, fun, fun! I love this workout. I love Cathe’s step choreography. I love the music in this one too. I matched Cathe’s weights for the barbell chest presses, but I had to reach for lighter weights to finish the chest flyes. I am still blown away that I thought CTX Upper Body was too easy when I did it for the first time after my first Slow and Heavy Series rotation. This is an endurance workout too, so I have obviously lost something along the way! I imagine that my chest will be sore tomorrow. I am expecting Power Circuit to be just as intense with challenging back exercises.
