Today is GS back/biceps, 40 min. step (not sure which yet- any suggestions for a fun steady state step?) and AbRipperX}(
No doubt I'll also get walking in later with a family member!
(as Jane said , they are walking me to death!

All this cardio and I've recently gained a couple pounds!
:-( So I need to take a look at my diet, which I didn't think was all that bad!! One habit that's GOT to go is TV snacking at night! I'm sure that's not helping at all. During the day I am pretty healthy....lots of fruits and veggies and eating every 3 or 4 hours (mini meals or snacks like a fruit smoothie), then at night I break out the baked chips and hummus, or peanuts , or rice cakes. Not all together unhealthy stuff but MINDLESS eating, so the portions are WAY outta whack! I KNOW I need to stop this! Maybe it's a GOOD thing all my shows are ending!
Anyway, sorry for my rant. Just was not a happy camper to see the scale up another pound this morning. That's after yesterday's GS Legs, 30 min. -3 mile run with 1 1/2 walking w/u & c/d and later a 3 mile walk !! And just for the record no snacking last night.
