Wow, can't believe I am first this late in the afternoon.

Well, today was 22 min. on the Elliptical and then about an hour of weights inbetween talking to the wife of the gym owner and hashing out details and insurance. She wants me to be a 'senior trainer' for the Curves ladies since they like somebody to go around with them and tell them what to do. Plus I would teach a Silver and Fit class at least once a week maybe more. She has to talk to her husband. They are also going to interview my son as a possible morning front desk person for the gym.

He needs a job and they will be flexible when classes resume in the Fall.

Pray this all works out in the end.

Today I was less sore than expected... Just my legs felt tired. So this afternoon I did Upper body and ball live. I had done about half of it before, but had then run out of time. I had made notes in my Live overview that it was good and that I should return to it, so that's what I did today. I was surprised yesterday's PHA had not left me sore. Maybe I need to lift heavier instead of just trying to match Cathe. Working thru my list of still to try live w/o's that look good. Problem is they just about all look good and many of them are more or less total body so I cannot do them 6 days a week.

Hi Everyone,

I got distracted and didn't check in yesterday. Yesterday I did... ICE Sweat workout 1 + a couple of 10 minute you tube add ons for legs/abs.

Today I did Burn Sets Chest/back/shoulders. I have been getting up later and later - just not as dedicated these days. I think I just feel pulled in many different directions.

Great workouts ladies. Henriette - I cancelled Cathe live again. Too much of the same for me. I really want some new dvds by here. Annette - how great would that be - you and your son working at the same place. I love my children and enjoy spending time with them - even if we are doing separate things.

Henriette, excellent workout! I don't think there needs to be DOMS after every workout. You asked about Zuzka yesterday. She is okay ...not great. I just needed some skipping motivation for 5 mins really. lol.
Ceci, Sorry you aren't really feeling it these days. Your workouts are still so impressive to me! Great job on Burn Sets! :)

REST here for me today.....if I find enough time, I will do a stretching session tonight. I cannot believe Cathe does hardly any stretching during the Muscle Meltdowns. I am always pausing to stretch more. Particularly for Back & Shoulders. During Linda's/Barlates sale, I ordered her Fusion Mat at the Wall and it came in the mail today! Yay! It looks like something very different, so I am looking forward to trying it out soon. I know when I did pilates at the wall (a class), I thought it was great.
