Cardio for me today - LIC cardio premix. My neck is much better with only a little soreness left.

We went out to eat last night. It could've been worse. I had salmon, mixed veggies and a HUGE sweet potatoe. It came with butter and brown sugar on the side and I only used a teensy bit of both. :) I also had a salad but passed on dessert as I was too full.

Phyllis, your meal sounds great ! I get exactly that when we go to steakhouses! :9 Yum!
I'm glad your neck feels better today.

Yesterday I didn't workout until afternoon (took my dad to the dr. in the morning ) and O M G , now I know why I workout in the morning !!!
I was on the TM with the ceiling fan, floor fan and fans on the TM pointed at me and was still DRIPPING with sweat the whole time !
I drank two bottles of water during & after!!!:eek: :p :p
I did Walking Strong , and really, really liked it.
It was the first time I completed it. The first time, a few weeks ago, I got about 1/2 way through and was interrupted .

Anyway......today is PP LB x 3 and abs ! And I'm doing it SOON!!!

Good morning all,

I am glad your neck is improving, Phyllis. That is so irritating!

Becky, I am a morning person also, I just need to get it done and the humidity is bad enough in the morning around here, let alone in the afternoon! yuk!

Today was Lower Body on FF rotation - I did B & G, skipped the pizza press section and went on to the core. Somehow I think the glutes and hams get enough attention thank you!

Ugh! I did it again, but it was my fault.... I went to bed past midnight after watching this dvd I rented called 'The Other Bolen Girl' what a good movie.

Anyways I'm up late once again and getting ready to get my workout done here soon.

PP LB X3 premix is scheduled for today along w/ KPC ab work.... oy doing Leg Presses 3 times I don't look forward to but it's something that I need to do lol.

Your dinner last night sounds so yummy :9 I need to incorporate more fish into my diet, our kids are not into fish but I've always had issues in cooking fish at home for some reason it never tastes as good... maybe I need to get herbs just for fish?

Thats another reason why I need to get my workouts in early in the morning as it ends up getting way too hot here even with the ceiling fan and ac running. Your in NC too aren't you?

iTread 13/30 is a good one - I've been doing more CCs lately actually just doing CCv7 & v8 plenty lol I have some iTreads that I got and still haven't done yet.

I guess this month is CC month :p

I keep telling myself that I need to get up earlier but like this am when when my alarm sounded off I just couldn't get out of bed.... I'm truly a night owl who has trained herself to be a somewhat early bird during the school year.

In just 2 1/2 weeks I've blown it as far as getting up early :( I need to retrain myself so I can have my early morning time.


Off I go soon to do PP LB x3 workout

Vilma, I am a night owl too, I absolutely hate mornings and getting up. This week I have to because my middle son is doing a tennis camp that I have to take him to, thankfully it doesn't start till 9 so I can sleep til 8 but even that is early for me. sigh.


I am though getting nice workouts in... I did triceps today using 2 exercises off of S & H and 3 off of PS for my triceps then I did PSSL&A abwork since the tricep workout was kinda short. I also did Cardio Kicks minus the power drills for my cardio today. Nice all around workout.

PS it is sooo nice to see my middle son sooo happy about something, he truly loves tennis but never complains when we don't have the money to let him do the lessons
