Good morning ladies! I had nothing to report yesterday so I totally missed the checkin. I was a little mo0dy - did not WO and not much else for the rest of the day. I attribute it to menapause. Why not? I blame it for everything else! :)

I seriously need some help with my eating. My stomach hasn't looked right since before my trip. I'm eating whatever I want and it's showing. :( I need to commit to a plan - not a diet, just a plan.

Today will be S&H chest and back. Last time I did this I was Oh, so sore!

PS Has anyone ever sent their HR monitors to Polar for a new battery? Mine is low and it needs changing.

Good Morning Glories!

Today is 4DS Kickbox cardio only and Kettlebell Goddess LB premix.

Phyllis ~ I am going through the EXACT same thing, only I blame mine on a mixture of menopause and high blood pressure. NOTHING is working for me and it is SO dang discouraging x( Most days I wonder why I bother working out x( Maybe we should report our eats on a daily basis to hold each other accountable? (((HUGS)))

I also have to send in my HRM to Polar as mine has been dead for quite some time.

Have a nice day ladies....I so wanted an extra hour of sleep this morning.

Okay Phyllis and Tammy........make that THREE!
My workouts are going along great. My eating.......horribly out of control.
It seems I have 2 weeks of PMS anymore and I spend it craving carbs. Well, not just CRAVING them......EATING them !!!

If you figure out something to do, a checkin where we have to CONFESS our eating or whatever....count me IN!

Yesterday I did RS (yes, Tammy I had FUN!!:) ) and today , I believe it's Legs & glutes and abs.

Okay, count me in! Very happy with my body, not my abs though. Maybe I need portion control?? I think I eat okay, but my abs are not looking the way I want.

Anyway, today is 4DS bi/tri/shoulders.

Tammy~ 4DS kickbox~ love it! I don't know what it is about the workout, but I can do it once a week and never get bored with it! Wait, I think I have been doing it once a week for the last 8 weeks!!**hee hee** and I will be doing it again on Sat.LOL:) Have fun!

Becky~ I love carbs! and I hear you on the PMS thing!

My worst time is after work. Yesterday, I started on the pretzels, moved to grapes, had cereal for dinner and licorice for dessert. I was not in a good mood and that eating didn't make me any happier. So, when I start feeling that way again, I'm going to hop on the 'puter and shout out to you ladies!

Hello and I feel what you all are saying my eating has not been at all great x( had some chocolate with peanut butter last night
:9 that my dd made just for me at her job in Cold Stone.

I pms for two weeks during the month and when I feel really b-itchy I take my magnesium pills which help with the cravings and sore twins up on top as far as the attitude problem I get it helps too; my doctor told me to take estroven which I have been doing for the past 2 years now lol.

Does it help well my kids don't tell me mom you took your mood stuff yet? lol so it helps a little.

Today I have L&G and it will be done sometime this afternoon -

I've been setting my alarm to go off at 530 am but I don't crawl out of bed until 7am :/ I need to get back to going to sleep at 9pm like I did when the kids were in school. The kids like staying up at night watching movies and I am one that I can't sleep knowing my youngest is up until I put her to bed ugh!



So far as my eating goes I'm still journaling w/ WW etools and omg! Its been horrific since my mom and mil came over oy! I need to seriously get back on the wagon :(

Well, if we are griping today... my workouts are suffering with the heat last week and I am trying to get back on track this week. So far so good. My eating is a whole nother matter,LOL!! I am at least maintaining my loss but not losing any more. I blame perimenopause myself.

I did Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme combos and intervals 1-4 today. It was a good hot sweaty workout.
