I have 4DS BC/KB Cardio Power premix and follow it w/ CCPump :7

Since I've had CCPump I have yet to do it and today is one of those days that I feel like trying it out since I really don't want to drag out all my weight equipment out today LOL

Phyllis:

I still have slight DOMS from Mondays B&G workout but it also could be that I've been running with Coach Sean for the past two days too
so have fun


Tammy:

Have fun with your KB workout, more and more I am getting interested in it but I just dread having to purchase more equipment. Plus I wouldn't even know where to start :p

Good morning all,

DOMs today from Amy's workout yesterday, ouchy!

I did Diedre's Tap Less Sweat more, and I almost have it down. Still tripping up a few times, but it gets better by now, the 4th time I have done it.
Very humid this morning, I was a pool of sweat!

WOW!!! I actually have some (little but some nevertheless) shoulder DOMS!!! I can't believe it, I never get that.

I did PS warm up, tricps ( all but dips), PUB up only triceps and one S&H tricep exercise. Then did a taebo workout with weighted gloves on for my cardio. I am drowning in my own sweat and need to go change.
