Ick at your working late Phyllis.:-( But good going on switching up your workouts so they fit your schedule!;-)

Today I did floorwork & ankle weight work from B&G and core from Sweatfest and APX. Am going to do a short cardio on the bike. Maybe 20 or 30 minutes of hills.

KPC for me today but depending on how my quads feel at the time I may skip the leg drills section since I did L&G yesterday.

Well off I go to workout before the hubby arrives from work and the kids get up cause soon after that my 'me' time fades away :/

On a good note hubby and I are catching the matinée of the movie Wanted then going out for some sushi nigri :9 before he goes to sleep for the day. I dislike his shift since he sleeps during the daytime hours but that is life

I did Amy's HLX/APX Great Circuit workout today, all 118 minutes of it! Now that is a circuit, whew!

Late start for me today. PS back and bi today with some chin ups/pullups too! I really liked the back work, not so thrilled with the biceps, but mine are shaking, so I guess I got a good workout!LOL

Hi ladies,

I did triceps today, warm up from PUB, then did triceps off of it, did 3 triceps exercises off of PS and 1 from S&H, then did about 35 min. of a taebo workout with weighted gloves on.

My weight is still down so I am hoping it will continue to go down.
