Back and tris for me too today. I'll probably run out of time again, but hopefully I'll get through most of the workout.

Good morning. Hard to get up this morning,strong coffee at my side. 4DS-LIS cardio and wts today. I think that's chest and back I cant remember. I have DOMS in legs, bis and tris today and little stiffness between shoulders. But that good...right? ;)

Ladies - enjoy your back and tri workouts. My tris are still talkin to me from last night.

I just wanted to thank Carmen for letting me know that the Jillian Michael's workouts are available on Time Warner demand. I caved and signed up for digital cable and I watched some of the workouts last night. I'll have the DVDs in a week or so if Tammy wants to gander at them ;)

I also have the VF rotation for the workouts but I am thinking I'll hold off until Saturday to start. I can't seem to get over this weather. I am already thinking about a nap. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Busy morning already. Happy Anniversary to me and DH, the big 14! Woo whoo. Now, if he would only remember it, I would be feeling alot better about the whole thing....:confused:

Anyways, I took a break from Cathe today and did Seasuns newest step and core workout. Fast, furious, and complex! :D

Back & Tri's are done ! No problems today so yesterday must have been a fluke!

Woke up and it was 6 degrees but it's going to warm alllllllll the way up to 37 today!
Looking for my tropical shirt.......thanks Beavs for the idea. ; )
 
Hey Conni, we have something in common more than just Cathe,LOL!!

My anniversary is today also my dh and I have been married 20 years today, oh how time flies. I hope you and your dh have a great day!!:D:cool:

I did the Fat Blasting Cardio taebo (45 min.) workout today for my cardio, using my weighted gloves.

Not sure if we are doing anything tonight or maybe waiting till the weekend.

Hi everyone. I did LIS step and shoulders and core. I skipped the calf work. I'm still stiff. I think a need a good stretch and cup of tea tonight.

Connie/Annette - Happy Anniversary.

Beavs - your welcome. Is the VF rotation the same as the one that was on the link I gave you? I'm trying to get a gal from work to do the JM rotation with me next month.
