Where's everybody been?

It was cardio day... I did the warm up to Amy's Kickbox Xtreme then did 30 min. of taebo with weighted gloves on for my actual workout. After doing the warmup to Amy's I decided to do something else. It is hot again today, ugh!!!

UGH SORRY Phyllis, I really meant to start this today !!!!

I actually slept until DH's alarm went off (for the first time in MONTHS) and as great as it was, it threw the rest of the morning off for me ! I'm used to having HOURS in the morning before anyone else is up !!!

Anyway, my mistake . I did workout. I did STS week 1/ meso 3 back & tri's and amy bentos abs & stretch (ab #1).

How was your leg workout Phyllis?
