GS Chest & Triceps done ! I'm so glad too ! I'd forgotten, it is NOT a favorite of mine. To me it's very tough but boring. I find the endless reps of bench presses and flies, (first flat bench, then incline) just go on & on & on and I feel my mind wander ......
of course it IS a killer workout(beginning with the drop set of pushups!) and I don't doubt I'll deal with DOMS in the next few days, so I can't complain too much.
Phyllis, I always do a premix of Imax 3. It's just super tough for me too !!
Becky - I did GS CT also today. Can we say snoozefest???? I feel the same way as you do. This is one of the "longest" of the shorter workouts in my Cathe collection. I even added on a Coremax, which are boring to me as well. I probably slept through it and don't even know it!
Phyllis - Imax 3 is a toughie, but it seems to move quickly for me. I like to do all the intervals on my rebounder, it really jazzes it up for me.
I did PUB leaving out the ab work and then did a 22 min. premix off of Kelly Coffey-Meyers 30 Minutes to Fitness-Kickboxing for my cardio, I am now dripping wet since it is not as hot today but the humidity must be high.
Let's see how long it takes the gym to call me wanting me to join again... the computer from the gym has already called once last week telling me that my membership was about to run out.
