Mornin' & Happy Hump Day .....

Hope you are able to get in that walk Peg!!

This morning I did a Fitness Blender w Daniel Lower Body, 41 mins & DIY Back of 2 sets of inverted rows, 1 set of band low face pulls to a standing W & Y and 1 set of bent over band pull aparts, approx 16 mins.

I'm taking the rest of the week off to tend to other life happenings and will be seeing you all (I hope!) back on Sunday. Everyone take kind care of yourselves!!
 
You too Elsie. I hope you're ok, take care of yourself too. This morning I did Amy Dixon Breathless Body #3. Nice cardio. Annette, I found a "cardio kickbox" by Jeanette Jenkins. Is that the one? The clips look great. She would be a new to me instructor. I might get it during Mary's sale this week at Total Fitness.. Take care everyone
 
Hi gals,

Peg the workout is called Kickboxing Bootcamp and it is an older workout so I can't really say if it is the one or not .

Today I taught my aerobic circuit workout to 8 ladies for 50 minutes and I had them use heavier weights for less reps as a variation to our normal routine, boy I felt it afterwards especially trying to do my weight workout after.

So I managed 15 minutes light weights doing more reps, then I went on the elliptical for 15 minutes and finished up with 20 minutes of ab and leg floorwork and a nice stretch.

Hi ladies,
Yesterday we ended up having a rare night without any kids home so we went out to dinner and relaxed with some Netflix afterwards. It's so rare for this to happen, so we had to make the most of it.

Today was a crazy busy day. So many deadlines at work and I had to get my summer tyres on my car and go to the pharmacy and give a clinic for potential basketball players, despite barely having a voice. My cold is just worse and worse. After that I continued working and then get groceries before heading home.

I feel a fever coming on as well now... So it is time to listen to my body and just relax. Tomorrow is the king's bday so we have a public holiday. Hopefully I will have time to relax more and perhaps feel up for a workout.

Peg - I like those breathless dvd's, but it's been ages since I last did one and may be a while yet.

Annette - way to go with your class and own workouts!

PEG, they have it on amazon.com but the one at Total Fitness is not the same one I have.

Hey Annette. Yes, I saw it on Amazon. It's more expensive than other dvd's. Not that the price would stop me....Of course I will become obsessive about it. Maybe I'll check my library first to see if they have it. I did get a couple of Jeanettes from Mary's sale. She's a "new to me" trainer but I love the looks of the clips. As if I need more DVD's. I'm a sucker for a good kickbox workout!

Today I did another workout blender workout of lower body and cardio. It was around 35 minutes - it's all i had. Great workouts everyone.
