Is it Wednesday already?

Hope everyone is having a good one so far.
Way to listen to your body yesterday Ceci! :)

Today is ICE MTB, doing my own 'timesaver' by leaving out three exercises. Have to go to the walk-in clinic this morning, so it could be quite a long wait! (nothing serious at all ..I'm alright!)

Looking forward to reading your workouts late tonight. Cheers!!

Hi Elsie,

Thanks for starting things off. I took another rest day today. I might take the week off - not sure. My body just needs a rest. TT2 + Rippedism are a tough combo that leaves me in need of longer recovery. I need to pace myself better with these.

Glad you got in a workout today! I hope you don't have too long of a wait at the walk-in.

See you all tomorrow and enjoy your workouts.

Hi gals,

Today was KCM Total Body Kickbox the sculpting workout, then to the gym for 22 min. on the elliptical doing the fat burner workout, then 37 min. of weight work, including floorwork for inner and outer thighs using the body bar.

Have a great day!! Enjoy your rest Ceci. Hi Elsie!

Hi Ladies,

Today the H&C schedule said cardio, so I picked a non-H&C w/o as they are not my favorite. I went for KCM TLC premix combining w/o 1&2 with quite a long stretch, total 47min. I remember enjoying it last time, but I don't remember it being this easy going. Far from a sweatfest, more just recovery day cardio... Or maybe I just wasn't giving it my all today. Not sure. It was good, quite fun, but not the most effecient cardio time... Does that make sense?

Today was another busy day with half a day work, fashion show at school: end of topic for my son's year 4, so showing various cultures and animals from the various continents. My son was a panda. Real cute!

And then end of the afternoon the bball training, before dinner and bed time reading. My son has me wrapped around his finger when it comes to books. I love reading and want him to love it too, so he knows I always buy loads of books. Until now they had always been in English but now he started reading Geronimo Stilton books in Dutch (which is good for him as his English is much stronger than Dutch because he goes to an international school). I went a little overboard on the Dutch craig's list and have now ended up collecting 25 of those books for him in Dutch. The thing is Dutch books, when bought new are really expensive... Between 10 and 25 euros each, and my son may read up to 3 books a week! There are laws about minimum prices so you cannot find bargains like with English books on Amazon, hence my hunting sessions for used books, which got a little out of control.

Anyways... Now it's time for me to relax with my book. :)

See you all tomorrow.
