I'm sick
. I woke up this morning at 6:15 and my body said "sorry babe...no way!". I stayed in bed and just woke up. My body feels as if it were hit by a dump truck. I have to go to work, but it will be back to bed when I get home.

Phyllis: I do the everything but core premix first because for some reason going up and down for the core makes me dizzy. I hope you feel better soon!

Becky: There are two CC volume 1, 2 and 6. Volumes one and two were done over when they were released in Europe last year. Coach Sean redid them for that market and then offered them here. The good news was that if you had already purchased the original volumes one and two, he allowed you to download the new remixes for free

There are two sixes, because Candace's version came out first, and then Coach Sean did his take on it. I love them both.
