Good morning!

Today the rotation calls for CTX KB and CTX UB. I'm subbing CTX KB with 4DS KB. Looking forward to this one!

Joseph IS growing so fast! He is a such a good baby!

Happy hump day! I work the weekend, so I'm off tomorrow. Hump day doesn't mean much to me this week!

No workout for me yesterday, just no time.:-(

I have cardio today and I'm doing step or a CC. It needs to be a toughie, after yesterdays Toasted Marshmellow Mocha (with bittersweet chocolate) I had at Barnes and Nobles coffee shop !:eek: :9 :7 Sooooooo good !!:9

Jane, you will like 4DS KB. Even I enjoyed it.

I did 4DS BC yesterday. It was hard but fun. It will take some getting used to with the DB spacing. They are used as markers on the floor for leaping to. Also, there is a drill where you hop over the band. Well, I was all over that band, messing it up. Apparently, I'm not a very accurate jumper.

I slept poorly last night due to flashing and decided to bag this mornings wo. I would love a little incite as to how long this menopause stuff lasts! If only my mom was alive. I don't remember her ever complaining about any symptoms. I guess that was just her way.

Good Morning Girls.

I've been out of commish with an arthritis flare-up in my neck since Monday. x( I'm taking my meds and thinking today MIGHT be the day I can get back to my work outs. I am craving lifting in the worst way! After Sunday's HM, cardio can wait another week for all I care! LOL :p

I'll be back with my work out report if I can actually do one later!

Good morning everyone,

I am with you Phyllis, those weights are not necessary for me, I did just fine measuring the distance mentally. I did use the band and it got all goofy looking by the time I was done, but at least I wasn't afraid I was going to trip over it.

Today was Kelly's new Stepboxing dvd. Excellent, fast paced and quick moving. Great boxing moves too. I opted out of the core section, it was kneeling and a little too strange for me, so I did Ab hits instead. Great dvd, though, a good purchase, imo.
 
I ended up doing BM2 step and combos 1 & 2 from the new LIS (and warmup, just to learn it......what fun!:D ) for a 65 minute step workout. I LOVE LIS!!!
Gotta still add some core.

Hi gang,

I did PUB up only premix today. My back was feeling better until I did my workout and now it is hurting again, sigh. Hopefully tomorrow I can get a lower body workout in.

Hey!

I'm back to say that my neck felt good enough to get a work out in today! (Thanks Becky!:) )

I did 4DS bi/tri, the kickbox cardio and ab work. Feels great to get back after 2 days off. I could REALLY feel my legs during the k/b work out. I am sure the effects of the HM will be lingering for a few more days...}(

Wendy - I did the cardio only portion of 4DS KB today also. I really liked it!! 37 minutes with w/u and stretch and the cardio portion was intense so it more than made up for the short time. Just the ticket for days when you want a shorter workout. After cardio, I did CTX UB.
 
Hi Jane. I agree. I think the new kb work out is absolutely fabulous for a short intense cardio fix! LOVE IT!}(
