Hi Annette,

Happy Valentine's Day!

Today I did Cathe's Live Wicked Upper Body (really good!) and added on move with nicole pilates for 10 minutes. I couldn't keep up!

Nice workout for you!!

I slept in, woke up to more snow(nor a lot but covering vehicles and the road some).

I did 22 minutes of KCM Step Boxing 1st workout then 10 minutes of the 2nd workout on this DVD.

Then I put in one of my cds that I used for my Silver and Fit class (it is the right beats per minute for step aerobics) and did 22 minutes of my own kickboxing step. I actually worked up a really good sweat.

It is cold outside so I think I am going to go to the gym tomorrow and do a really big workout of cardio and weights and the sled. Wednesday I teach my class and then go have my oral surgery in the afternoon. Thursday will be something at home not too jarring on my mouth. Friday I canceled class due to my oral surgery so probably a home workout of some type.

That is how my week will shape up.
