Happy Valentine's day!!
Today I taught my newest weight routine with cardio so a Circuit but using weighted plates instead of dumbbells or a barbell. This was the Upper Body Plate Extreme for 62 minutes.
Comments were it wasn't fun, but it was brutal!! Another was, the repetitive cardio was good and needed. One lady wasn't thrilled but ranked it in the middle between my aerobic cardio (she loves) and the kickboxing (she hates) so not too bad. My shoulders were and are screaming at me.
Then I did 40 minutes of heavier weight work including bench press, cable work, dumbbell work and floorwork for abs and glutes.
Gotta run home switch out the laundry and go get my hair trimmed before we head to NC for the funeral.
