Hi Annette,

Today, I slept in too! until almost 6:30am. I went to bed at 9pm! I never sleep in like this. Maybe jet lagged? I had a full work day yesterday, from 9am to 7:30pm so I didn't even go outside! ugh. I need to make some serious changes. Today, I managed Cathe's lower body cardio express live workout (i did this one about 2 weeks ago and it's good) for 30 minutes and added on 20 minutes of MPL - bodyweight (very tough). Now, to stretch.

Good workout for you yesterday - despite the humidity. Enjoy the gym today.

Glad you got a workout in, and it could be jet lag.

Today I came to the gym and did weights and I tried the rowing machine for 5 minutes. Boy it works you arms good I am already feeling it . I did barbell chest press up to 80 pounds , then the back and shoulder machines, then onto dumbbells for chest flyes and press, triceps, hammer and concentration curls, shoulder press, seated clean and press, and side laterals, then the rowing machine and ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
And a stretch.

Add 30 more minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Oh and the long 1st workout was 80 minutes.
