Today's workouts:

Blender- Chest & Back with the Fit Tower- 16 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training # 65- 10 min. Row & Weights EMOM
IFit- "Quick Sprints" Treadmill workout- 24 min.
YT-CrossRope- 10 min. Jump rope & Standing core

An hour of fun!

Hi ladies,

Today was a 75 minute weight workout including barbell up to 80 pounds, dumbbells press and flyes, oh well, I skipped triceps, hammer and wrists curls, hammers up to 35 pounds, shoulder clean and press and front raises and the back machine which technically does get triceps some. Then the sled up to 8 plates, and the floorwork and standing abwork.

It's late so I will just briefly check in. No workout today, I wanted to but did not still resting. I'll see how I feel tomorrow.
