Good morning!

Today's workout:

Blender- "September Rotation Roundup - Week # 1" - 27 min.
(This was a combination of cycling, kickbox, lower & upper body weights & yoga/flexibility stretch)

It sounds like I might be the only one with a workout today........hope everyone enjoys the day......Siobhan, hope you are enjoying your trip, Nora,

Hey Linda,

Today was an 85 minute gym circuit. I did 2 machines, then dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders. Really hit biceps hard. Then the usual sled strap pull and push up to 693 pounds.

Then floorwork for abs and legs and glutes plus a stretch.
