Hi Everyone,

Today I did more McFit Method legs (from his program) + added on 20 minutes of tabata from Milhoy.

Today I tried a Baby Boomers Dance routine on YouTube but it didn't get my heart rate up so I stopped after 15 minutes.

So I came to the gym and did an hour on the elliptical and 10 minutes of floorwork for abs and legs.

So I can go home now .
