Hi Annette (and Cathletes),

Today I took a rest day and just stretched for 20 minutes. I've figured out an amazing lower body stretch that is actually, finally, after 4 years, starting to heal my tight back/thighs, hips... That means I can fall asleep with more ease as my legs/back would kind of start to spasm once i settled down at night. Finally, some relief without advil. My issue is I sit a lot. I work during the day and every night/weekend as a therapist - which is all sitting. in my day job I now try to stand all day (bought an effydesk) but I can't do that with my therapy practice. I hope this sticks!

Hi Siobhan,

Glad that you are finding some relief. Not being able to sleep well is the pits. I have restless leg syndrome and am on medication for it. I would wake up with my legs in the air practically doing a kickbox workout in my sleep:eek:.

Today I got more meds for the poor dog.

Then I went to the gym and did 60 minutes on the elliptical. Will do abs later here at home.
