Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did STS Meso 2 - legs - wow, what a sweat fest (almost 50 minutes). I added on 15 minutes of MPL. Now, to stretch. Cathe's pics of the new STS have inspired me to poke around STS again. Always loved it. You just need the time.

Nora - you got in a really good workout! Ahhh, to be working out again.

Nice mish mosh of workouts yesterday Annette and Linda. I always feel weird saying mish mosh (learned it here) as we typically say mish mash here.

Great job Siobhan, with STS Legs ! Good long workout session for you this morning ! I
agree, those pics of the new STS are inspiring ! I have alot of "STS" workouts in my
blender library, made them shorter to fit my time allowance.

Last night I had a burst of energy so I did CatheLive Low Impact Cardio & Upper Body
Express - 33 min.

Today Workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- Box & Pump # 6 - 26 min.
Timer App workout- my own mix of a little step, boxing, loop, kettlebel & weights - 30 min.
10 min. Guided Row at Miami Beach, Florida with 5 min. Cooldown Row on the
Charles River. (trying out the Hydrow app rowing workouts) A little later I will do a
10 min. VideoSki X-country ski workout at Mt. Bachelor, Oregon. Yep, Nora, pulling out
the ole "passport" again ! :)

Siobhan- Wow hitting it early and getting it done.You are rockin' your workout with STS Meso 2 - legs, and added on 15 minutes of MPL plus a well deserved stretch. You've inspired me I think I need to get out my STS workout and give them a look. Amazing job on today's workout you earned every bit of that sweat fest. I too loved STS my only issue was time many of the workouts are about an hour and no premixes. I did do STS 2 times through. Cathe is always awesome.

Annette- Great workout yesterday with Tae Bo! That was one of my first workouts I purchased. I think my love of Tae Bo got me interested in kickboxing and boxing type workout so much fun and a healthy way to workout frustrations.
Amazing job Annette, glad you had fun with Tae Bo yesterday. High fives!! Bravo!

I say awesome job and way to inspire with those killer workouts and exotic locales of the passport workouts. WTG and Bravo!

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did an 82 minute weight workout focusing on chest and back (barbell and dumbbell presses, dumbbell flyes) (back machine), then I did 2 exercises for triceps, biceps, and shoulders, hit 4 leg machines and then floorwork for legs, abs and glutes. And a stretch.

May do cardio at home nor sure yet.

Ok add on 20 minutes of Taebo.
