Good Morning Ladies,

Today I did a mix of 25 minutes of C&E for lower body and 20 minutes of tabata with Growingananas. I will do my own stretch now. I am very sore from Cathe's workout yesterday. Wow (I lifted a bit heavier than her and did fewer reps).

Linda - nice job explaining the blender!
Annette - I feel for you re: your oral surgery. I hope your recovery is smooth and easy.
Nicki - yeah to your workout yesterday :) I always gravitate to Xtrain

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Total Body Combination Moves" - 27 min.
IFit- "Power" Cycling Finisher - 11 min.

That's it, a bit shorter today, (don't know how that happened! :))

Hi ladies,

Well, since I am limited to 10 pounds or less, I did my own full body light weights(8 pound dumbbell and a 3 pounder ),high rep workout. All exercises were done to 12 or 16 reps and I even did a hip thrust after I watched a lady say that the way she did them was easier to set up. Well, it was hard!! Basically take a tricep dip but lean your back on the bench put 1 dumbbell where the hip meets the thigh and lift the nonweighted leg in the air and then lift up and down. Did abwork also, some weighted, floorwork for legs and glutes. Standing abwork also.

Finished with a stretch. All in all 55 minutes

Then I found a Body Fit by Amy 11 min. Cardio Kickboxing for some touch of cardio.

Now I am finished.

Boy, Annette, you put together a good long workout with weight work, ab work, floorwork & a little splash of
cardio kickboxing with Body Fit by Amy. I'm sure you have heard the ole saying "Where there's a will,
there's a way! You had the WILL and found the WAY! Good job! Hope you are feeling ok!
