Today I did another McFit Method chest workout + 15 minutes of jump rope and my own stretch/meditation.

Annette - progress with your shoulder? And wow. you worked out a lot yesterday!

Lilacsinspring - nice walk!

Can't wait to try Cathe's new offerings on the workout blender. These look great. I will defo try the yoga workouts too.

Today I went for a 45 minute walk early this morning.

Hi all,

Today I stayed home and did the cardio and cooldown/stretch off of Cathe's Hard Strikes, this was about 35 minutes.

Then I did 15 minutes of floorwork for abs and legs.

Yes, ever since my nerve damage from the vaccine shot I haven't been as strong. So I was doing shoulder press 1 arm at a time so I could support the weaker arm with my other hand. Last week I started doing the shoulder press with both arms and had success with no buckling of the weaker arm.

So yesterday I did the same thing but started with a higher weight and succeeded to go heavier (17.5 pounds) and got 4 reps before my shoulder said no more. This is progress!!
