Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of a Cathe live cardio - about 40 minutes - 40/20 - it was good and no repeats. I added on a MPL 10 minute lower body stretch.

Big workouts from you both yesterday. Aquagirl - I just never got into Kelly Coffey-Meyer. I found her energy too flat. I remember way back when there would be debates e.g. Cathe or Kelly. I always chose Cathe. I never use my Kelly DVD's. I should get rid of them.

Raw workouts ever so often checking it out….I do really love her 2 latest dvds (last
year) but that being said, there’s only 1 Cathe!

Annette, great workout yesterday with Taebo Amped and even added on floor work later…

Today, for me, was a Blender - Perfect IMAX Circuits 2 (25 min). & IFit Bike & Box
Workout 8 - 34 min.
 
Hi ladies,

I have some of Kelly's but I only tend to go to a very select group of hers. I think I was drawn to the shorter workout at the time. I have many more of Cathe's .plus a smathering of others including a good bit of Taebo.

Today I came to the gym and did a 68 minute weight workout going heavy with the dumbbells for chest flyes and press. Did the barbell for chest and biceps, dumbbells for triceps, and biceps and the back machine along with 2 leg machines and floorwork.

Now I get to lay in the sun. Nice workouts for you both.

Hi Ladies,

Linda (aqua girl) has been checking in here and invited me to do the same.

I had to take last week off (September 12-16) for family gathering for estate related stuff.
Then Friday I had some computer compromise issues and spent next 3 or 4 days. I have not been able to get
my Cathe workout manager password reset. Cathe Tech support just sent me the reset, Happy dance!!

Here's Monday's workout:

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- 20 Min Happy HiiT Cycle workout= 25 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Metabolic Boost!-Intense Indoor Cycling RWK 7= 38 Min
KCM 30MTF- Cardio Pump-Workout #2 Pyramids= 33 Min

That's it for me! I'm sure you did great workouts all last week and awesome stuff today as well.
You're workouts are always inspirational.
