Good Morning Everyone,
Today I did a mix of a Cathe live cardio - about 40 minutes - 40/20 - it was good and no repeats. I added on a MPL 10 minute lower body stretch.
Big workouts from you both yesterday. Aquagirl - I just never got into Kelly Coffey-Meyer. I found her energy too flat. I remember way back when there would be debates e.g. Cathe or Kelly. I always chose Cathe. I never use my Kelly DVD's. I should get rid of them.
