Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

KCM- BoxFit- Workout # 2 (Weight workout) - 36 min.
IFit- "Passo Sella Treadmill Walk, Italy" - 22 min.

I ordered the teal camo ones.
Annette, oohh, you did get the teal camo gloves! That's so neat! Let us know how you like them!
Hope you and hubby are recovering each & every day.....Did he decide not to return to work yesterday?

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Midas MVMT for total body - 1 round only which was 25 minutes. I added on 20 minutes of cardio by Oliver Sjostrom and then 10 minutes of heavy biceps with Midas MVMT again. I started earlier this morning. Now, to stretch.


Linda - Nice workout this morning. You know I'm not a KCM fan but I do get curious when I see you post your workouts with her. Re: Cathe's workout - I enjoyed it a lot. 2/3 abs, 1/3 stretch.
Annette - You only do KB workouts for a reason I recall - can't remember what that is. If I can find some KB DVDs in my closet (I have soooooo many dvd's I don't use) do you want me to send them to you? I can check back with what I have. I hope today is a better day for you both. Your DH sounds like he's got a doozy of a dose of covid. So curious about this anti-viral med you took. I haven't heard of it.

Siobhan, you had a nice long varied workout this AM ! Yes, I remember that you do not
do KCM's workouts. You know, I think we can agree that we all love Cathe, but then we
all go in different directions with our workouts.....and that's what makes the "world go
round" !!! I know Annette favors kickboxing workouts and Nora is a great fan of spinning
workouts and I think you and me kind of change things up alot.....:) and it's always so
interesting to read what everybody does, and everbody's likes & dislikes.....and I think we all get "ideas" from each other, but at the end of the day, we all stick with our girl, "Cathe". :)
 
Hi ladies,

Hubby stayed home yesterday and today (working from home) and now one of his co-workers has covid for the 1st time. So he told the other co-worker to wipe down or spray both their work spaces.

Space wise I can't do step aerobics but I used to. Don't have room for exercise equipment so spinning or elliptical workouts at home are out. I love the versatility of kickboxing workouts, you cam ramp them up or tone them down, add weighted gloves or hold handweights. And still burn a ton of calories. I go to gym for my cardio variety and do the elliptical or stair machine .

And yes Siobhan if you have some kickboxing workouts that you don't want anymore I will gladly take them off your hands.

I think I will put on regular clothes today, I feel much better and haven't coughed so far.

Keep those workouts going.

Hubby is on Paxlovid a covid antiviral.

I can't take that one due to my kidney issues so I am on molnupiravir 200mg, 4 capsules twice a day so 8 capsules total.
Seems to be working for me. Evidently there are a lot of antivirals out there that all do the same thing.

Wow! That sounds so fun . I do own KCM's BoxFit and It's a favorite of mine, love her boxing workouts and premixes. Your passport Treadmill walk in Italy sounds so cool. Too bad you can't frequent miles for all your passport workout, LOL!! WTG and Double high fiveson your great workout today. Have a good day;)

Love, the variety in your workout , well done! As far as workouts I like. Ienjoy a variety of instructors, and types of workouts such as: Spinning ( Stationary Bike), Kickboxing, Boxing, wights when I am able to do them. Instructors I like to name just a few are: Cathe, KCM, Jessica Smith, Kaleigh Cohen Cycling, and many more YT ones as well and other instrutctors.

Annette- Oh no! Both you and your DH have Covid,and are thankfully being treated with Meds for Covid. I hope both, you and your DH are finding the meds are helping. You mentioned not having room for some exercise stuff so that limits workout options at home. Kickboxing is a great one for at home. Oh I just thought of one you can find on YT- Les Mills Invincible. I just found that one I'll have to check it out. It is a body combat aka kickboxing workout. Don't worry about workouts right now just rest and get better. The workouts, gym, and equipment will be there waiting for you when you can get back to them. Sending helaing prayers and well wishes. Have a good day:)

Hi ladies,

I had to stop by and say I did not get to workout as planned due to plummer coming to fix a problem and us having tio rearrange and remove stuff from one room so he could access crawl space under house. and shutting off water for 4 hours. It turns out he thought the problem was beyond his skill set so it did not get fixed. They tried to charge us for it , and we scheduled for a different plummerto come fingers crossed this one can fix it Thursday. Hopefully, I will be able to acess my workout area Thursday or tomorrow.
