Love, the variety in your workout , well done! As far as workouts I like. Ienjoy a variety of instructors, and types of workouts such as: Spinning ( Stationary Bike), Kickboxing, Boxing, wights when I am able to do them. Instructors I like to name just a few are: Cathe, KCM, Jessica Smith, Kaleigh Cohen Cycling, and many more YT ones as well and other instrutctors.
Annette- Oh no! Both you and your DH have Covid,and are thankfully being treated with Meds for Covid. I hope both, you and your DH are finding the meds are helping. You mentioned not having room for some exercise stuff so that limits workout options at home. Kickboxing is a great one for at home. Oh I just thought of one you can find on YT- Les Mills Invincible. I just found that one I'll have to check it out. It is a body combat aka kickboxing workout. Don't worry about workouts right now just rest and get better.
