Good morning ladies......

Today's workout:

Blender- "September Rotation Roundup-Week # 2" - 27 min.
(This was a mix of cycle, kickbox, & strength w/weights & tubing)

Hi ladies,

Today was an 85 minute gym circuit consisting of 2 machines, dumbbell work for chest, back, shoulders, triceps and biceps. Then showed another lady how to use the sled. Followed by own sled work normal, going a little further this time with 705 pounds. Finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Oooo Linda you did some kickboxing nice.

Yep Annette, it was a little kickboxing in my workout today:)

great long 85 min. Gym circuit, reaching 705 lbs with the sled! That was nice to help
someone learning how to do the sled.

I had dr appt this afternoon for annual gyn check-up. Appt was 1:15. I was still sitting
in the room at 1:45 & girl came in to tell me that they had a medical emergency & I
had to reschedule! Fire truck & rescue squad was coming in when I left! Oh well,
things happen…..apparently someone was having seizures or something. I go again
next week.

Annette- WOW!! Amazing min gym circuit workout. Plus another awesome sled workout and with a powerful 705 pounds sled workout, that's got to be a persoanl record or something, BRAVO you are awesome no doubt!
