Hi Annette,

Today I pretty much woke up with Vertigo. It's been brewing for a few days. Ugh. I did a short 35 minute MPL workout this morning, being very careful not to swing my head.

I couldn't workout yesterday. Another night of difficult sleep so I was too tired. As for you - you got in a good workout! Have a great day.

Sorry about the vertigo, I have only had it once which required a trip to the doctor and physical therapy.

Today I changed things up at the gym and did 15 minutes on the back machine alone, then 15 min. roughly on chest, then ~ 20 minutes of biceps, triceps and shoulders, about 10 minutes on leg machines, and then 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch. 75 minutes total.

Then I came home and did a 21 minute Taebo off of YouTube with ankle weights and holding hand weights.

I am a sweaty mess.

I am glad you got a workout in despite the vertigo.
