Blender- "STS 2 & More: Back Muscle Meltdown" - 27 min.
IFit- Akerselva Riverside Treadmll Walk in Oslo, Norway - 19 min.
YT- Daily Workout- 6 min. Lower Body Kettlebell Workout

Good Morning Everyone,

Today was supposed to be a rest day but I felt like working out. I did Midas MVMT (youtube) for arms (bi's/tri's/forearms) for 26 minutes and added on another 18 minutes of nordic fitness cardio (sweating again).

Linda - Nice mix of lower, upper and cardio!
Nora - I hope you managed a workout of sorts yesterday and are feeling good
Annette - with all that heavy sled work you do I'll bet you just threw the mattress over your head like a pizza pie and caught it with one finger - no effort at all

Back to add in another treadmill walk this morning (extra energy I guess :) )
After walking Jack in the neighborhood, I came back and walked a longer walk in the
neighborhood on my treadmill with IFit. They have a feature where you can create a
streetview map walk anywhere in the world, so I created one of the neighborhood.
At 3mph walking speed, it was 1.26 miles and took me roughly 25 min. And I didn’t
leave the basement!

Good job this AM Siobhan with your Midas MVMT (youtube) for arms (bi's/tri's/forearms) for 26 minutes and 18 minutes of nordic fitness cardio.
 
Hi ladies,

LOL!! At Siobhan comment about the mattress. Not quite.

Today , I was planning a shorter workout but as you can imagine that did happen.

Started on the barbell for chest press starting at 70 pounds for 8, the 75 for 7, 80 for 5. Then moved to the cables since they were free with only 1 other person on them. I did 2 exercises on them one for all of upper body and one from chest, shoulders and back. Then I moved to the bench for dumbbell flyes, triceps and hammer curls, then I did the calf machine.

Then I did the sled pushing and pulling making it back to 11 plates to finish. It was tough.

Then it was off to the ladies exercise room ( after unloading the sled down to 3 plates) and I did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes with a nice stretch at the end.

All that ended up being 100 minutes!!!

I was going to do a short cardio, but I think the sled will have to count because it is not happening.

Nice workouts ladies all around.

You know I love those passport workouts and in Norway. I have family in Norway and Sweden. So cool!

Annette- WOW!! Another take no prisoners stellar gym workout!! You go girl , that is awesome! I can only hope to one day lift like that, but right now I can't due to innjury and allowing things to heal.
You got all the fitness toys and used : Barbells, Dumb Bells, Machines, and of course the awesome Sled. Plus floor work with legs, abs, and glutes.
All that came in at 100 Minutes!! You are an inspiration and a legend. Have a blessed day;)
