Today was Cathe Live Metabolic Conditioning Workout from 7-10-14. OMG! Tough, the cardio just doesn't stop. Great fat blaster!

Hi there! Today I worked my legs mixing from Muscle Max (standing) and Xtrain legs (barre, ball and floor). As Cathe puts it: my legs were frying.... I have to train late afternoon around 7 pm and am always so tired when I get back from work (lot of time spent on public means of transport to get to work and back home) but after my evening workout I feel rebourne. Now dinner time: chicken and roasted vegetables...have a good day :)
 
Can I join this daily check-in? Hi! :D I did my first ever workout blender workout. I just needed a straight up cardio so I mixed hard strikes with 8 random drills I pulled from Circuit Blast. Ha ha ha. Not very organized, but I was working fast to get a workout in and the Live option isn't working for me for some reason and I wasn't prepared with another option. :) It was fun and I will for sure use the blender again.
