Good morning everyone,

No workout this morning. My eldest DD (Ceci) is sick and slept with me. Her coughing kept me up (but somehow not her????). I am dashing into work to do a few things and then coming home to take her to the doctor. I hope to workout later - Bi's/tri's/shoulders and other stuff are on the menu for today. yum yum.

I love MIS Conni.

Hi gals, finally a workout, I did 35 min. of the Fat Blasting Cardio Taebo workout with my weighted gloves on.

I have job tomorrow and Thursday so no workouts for those days but I am thankful for the work.:D

Hi ladies,

I ended up doing as I said - Meso 3/wk 3 bi's/tri's/shoulders. Then I did 22 minutes of core max.

Carmen - STS is split into three mths of workouts. And, they are split sessions - not total body. The final phase is strength which is very heavy. That's what I am doing right now. Cathe goes from 8 reps down to 6 in the third week. The second Meso is around 12 reps for everything and the first is around 16 reps for everything. The moves are familiar etc.. that's why you really can create your own kind of STS if you follow how she does it - 4 weeks on, one week off using her other workouts. I find STS is for variety - not a necessity. But that is just my opinion.

Annette - good workout! I really should do more cardio....

Cardio: 30 minutes as usual (forward). Also, going backward (to work some more muscles) hadn't felt right to me, but today I found a position in which I can "dig in"; I held the lower, non-moving handles, held the body straight and leaned into the handles a little. Then I could kick back hard on the pedals in a natural feeling way with the resistance set very high. I'll be trying this soon.

Core: Ab Hits 2. I held the planks as instructed for the first time today (without going to the knees), and did everything else about right too.

Rotator cuffs: (supra/infraspinatus) I cut the weight to 3 pounds because I want to finish the last set with perfect form and without straining. Three sets of 15 are enough for a great burn! Now, no pain on the left and only very slight pain on the right!

Pull-up prep: I stopped this for now.

Hi Ladies - today I did SP 90 Ultimate Ball Challenge. Good workout but hard on the wrists.

Today was a good day today.
