Today was step day - I did Tracey's Step Sweatfest and the Belly Burner add on. If anyone is interested she is having a huge sale on her site and there are some very good workouts on it.

Hi gals,

I did 2 Exercises for Biceps and Triceps off of Slow and Heavy today for my weight workout.. cardio just didn't look appealing so I only did the weights.

This morning was HiiT Pyramid. I modify some of the moves as they are too high impact for me :confused:
