Hi ladies,

Today I did 2 Taebo Express workouts then my son and I went to the gym.

There I did 55 minutes of mostly upper body and floorwork abs and legs. Didn't quite make it to 120 on the bench press got it off but only partially down, sigh. I then did dumbbell flies, one arm overhead triceps, concentration curls, lying overhead for back, front raise for shoulders and then floorwork abs and legs.

Now off to get son's haircut.

No, not really. I am going to not use my eye makeup remover and see if that helps. Since I wear waterproof mascara it takes a lot of rubbing to get it all off. So I will use baby oil and see if that helps.

Hi Everyone,

Today I managed a short SSOD upper body weight training workout for 30 minutes - no breaks. It was good, fast and tough.

Lisa - i must check with one out - or maybe Ive done it. i love working my upper body best cos i find it easier than lower body. lower body has such a cardio effect but my legs respond quickly.

annette - that's a lot of working out today!

It is soooooooooooo hot here. 35 degrees yikes. very wet outside.

I hope to see you all tomorrow.
