Good morning everybody!

Nora, great workout yesterday doing YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - NEW 30 Min HIIT Cycle= 34 Min and
Flex Train- Timesaver #3- No Disc + No Firewalkers+ No Abs= 39 Min That sounds like a great premix
that I could get in to :) no disc/F/W's or Abs!!! Have to check it out!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "FitTower & Barbell-Total Body" - 32 min.
YT- Earth & Owl- 10 min. Beginner Rebounder & Ropeless Jump Rope workout (Nora, thanks again for the
heads up!)
VideoSki- 10 min. "Steamboat Springs, Colorado" skier workout

Hi ladies,

Today was a 90 minute gym circuit consisting of 3 upper body machines, 2 lower body machines, dumbbells for chest flyes and press 15,17.5 and 20's, hammer curls same weights, bicep curl with 15 and 17.5, overhead triceps with 15 and 17.5. Shoulder shrugs with 15 and 17.5, seated clean and press with 10's.

Then the sled for cardio, I pulled the sled to me with the strap with 4 plates, then pushed it back with speed (ran it back), then strap pulled it backwards fast and pushed it forward again, added 1 more plate to make it 5 and again strap pulled backwards fast and pushed forward fast. My heart rate was elevated since I had not done this for 3 weeks.

Then did floorwork for abs, and legs, light weights for shoulders and triceps, deadlift 1 at 70 pounds and 2 at 75 pounds. Ended with a stretch.

I hope I feel something later on. Today is the last day in the 80's tomorrow's high is like 64°F, brrrr!!

Great 95 min gym workout Annette…back to the sled! Yay! Bet it felt good to use it
again, after the break….but you know, I think taking breaks from something is good,
changing things up. Yes, weather wise, same here. Warm today, but a lot cooler
the rest of the week.

Annette- Bravo on your 90 minute gym circuit with cardio sled. Then floorwork for abs, and legs, light weights for shoulders and triceps, deadlift, ending with a much deserved stretch. You are a legend and not to mention just plain awesome:) Have restful evening;)

Uses: Db pairs, 15, 12 & 1 10 pound Db plus bench and 30 pound BB

Ab Hits- Workout #11 - PS Strong Legs & Abs = 7 Min

YT- Phoenix Nation- 20 Min Jump Rope Workout For Weight Loss = 22 Min
Uses: CrossRopes Ropeless & 1 Pair 10 pound dumbbells

YT- Trainer Hub -Sandbag Workout for Beginners - Full Body Sandbag Circuit= 14 Min Uses 40 pound sandbag
