Now you make me want to revisit my Tae Bo dvds or check out the youtube workouts. WTG and high five ,you are awesome!!:)

Hi ladies,

Today was back and chest day with a smathering of other exercises for triceps, biceps and shoulders. Plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Total time at the gym 65 min. My house is 66 degrees and I am cold!!
