Hi Everyone,

Today I did my own workout - escalating density training - it involves lots of sets, focusing on deadlift, bi's, tri's, chest. I also did a 15 minute edt push-up/jump squat workout too.

AG - thanks for the update. I must check those out. I am a bit late to the vidiot world - end of 2010.

Good Morning to you, Ceci, good workout for you today ! My workout for this evening (if I am able to get done) will be a blender
mix which I named Kickbox Conditioning. It has segments from several of Cathe's Kickbox/Boxing Workouts. If I don't get it done today,
it will be on my radar for tomm ! Have a good day everyone !
 
Hey ladies. Such a great job on all of your workouts!! :) Even when you were having a rest day, Ceci, you worked out!! :cool:
We have just moved in & are surrounded by boxes still so it may be a little while before I start working out ....we'll see. lol. I cannot believe that we did it on our own without movers. I don't recommend it, actually. My first night here, I slept 13 hours! Bliss. :) You can still hear the skytrain here, but it isn't too bad. Having a noise conditioner on seems to drown it out plenty for me. (it isn't demo noise, jackhammers etc. 24-7)

I'll be checking in with you all soon. Your workouts just impress me so much & is something I can work up to. Have a nice day! The Fall weather here has been lovely. How is it where you are?

Hi to Aqua girl and Ceci.

I just don't get the gym, they cut my Fridays so they can bring in a new instructor that wants pay, but Fridays are slow as it is even for me, and I only average 3 members for all my classes. Yet, the new schedule doesn't have the AM-FIT class on Fridays because the instructor isn't ready,:confused: so why not keep me filling the spot to keep what members are coming use to coming so they don't get used to NOT coming. This makes no sense to me. I emailed back the guy and he says "let me think on it"????o_O And they want to give my number to the Zumba lady so I can sub for her... wellll, I don't do Zumba at all or even dance for that matter??!!:eek:

Anyway, I did KCM TLC Boxing Combos premix, then did Taebo Express Kicks for lower body.

Hey Calico, teaching Zumba, huh? I bet you could do it tho'!!! I can't do Zumba very good at all!.I have the Zumba Gold DVDs, which are slower paced, mostly for "seniors", but I get mixed up on that too! :). But it sounds like they feel Like you could do it! If you wanted to try, maybe you could look for combos, etc on YouTube to study, I don't
Know...it would be hard to step right in on short notice, especially if you have never done it at all! I wish you
