Blender- STS 2 Standing Abs #1 - 9 min.
IFit- "Trostburg Castle, Italy" Treadmill walk- 24 min.

Nice workout this morning, Linda! Great variety as usual :) .

Today I did a mix of Great Glutes standing portion = 32 minutes and added on Oliver Sjostrom for cardio - 23 minutes. It was a good workout, not too hard.

Nora - I am so glad to read you received the results you wanted on your mammogram. Yeah!!!! Big happy dance for you. I am sure you feel relieved.
Annette - I'm sorry for your family's loss (and for having to endure a long Catholic funeral mass - we do tend to go on a bit)

Hi ladies,

Today I came to the gym and did an 80 minute weight workout including barbell chest press, dumbbells for chest flyes and press, back machine at 35 pounds, hammer curls, hammer with a twist, triceps kickbacks and overhead one arm, seated clean and press with 12.5 pounds, and shoulder press. Then the sled: strap backwards pull with 6 plates, push back with 7, backwards pull with 8, then a final push with 11 plates( that was a bear to push). Nice young man helped me unload it. Ended with floorwork for abs ,legs and glutes plus a stretch.

I impressed yet another guy at the gym today. He's a personal trainer and would love to train me : o ! With my sled push.
