Lite- Bodyweight & Bands-Premix: Standing, no floor- 31 min.
IFit- "Stong Viking Village Treadmill walk, Iceland" - 20 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of:
Perfect30 Pump Lower Body - 30 minutes
Oliver Sjostrom light weight upper body - 15 minutes (more for cardio effect)

Nice workout this morning Linda. A break from weights.

Great workouts yesterday, Annette and Nora! Nice to see us all getting in our beloved workouts.
Annette - Did I say I got your email? And, I now have a padded envelope. It's all moving in stages :)

Annette, you’re probably at the gym doing a monster weight workout! :)
 
Hi ladies,

Yes, just finished up an 87 minute weight workout including barbell chest, dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders, back machine, and a cable exercise up to 45 pounds, plus the sled up to 10 plates, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and some standing work for abs and a stretch. Nice long workout and my feet don't hurt,YAY!!!
