Yes, just finished up an 87 minute weight workout including barbell chest, dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders, back machine, and a cable exercise up to 45 pounds, plus the sled up to 10 plates, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and some standing work for abs and a stretch. Nice long workout and my feet don't hurt,YAY!!!
