Hi ladies,

Today I found a very old advance Taebo workout on You Tube and did the first 35 minutes of it. Billy went to the floor at that point and I stopped it.

Then I came to the gym and did an hour weight workout 25 minutes of which was bench press . I managed almost a full rep at 120 pounds. I pushed it and tried 125, I got it off and halfway down and then I put it back up and on the rack. I did not have a spotter and now my shoulder hurts again, sigh[emoji50][emoji17][emoji44].

So I did calves, biceps, triceps, shoulder, back and dumbbell flies, and finished with floorwork abs and legs . I was stretching big time between all the chest press sets.

I am finished and going home now.
