Hi gals,
Today should have been a rest day, I slept in way too long. I tried not to work out but my body may have said rest but my mind said no.
So I had some trouble with You Tube on the tv, so at first I did some of my own drills off my Kickbox Interval routine, then I jogged in place and did jumping Jack's for about a minute.
After some time I got the Blue Ray player working so I did Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Camp Workout the Kickbox premix which was 32 minutes long. Then I put in KCM Circuit Burn and did the abdominals on it which was 6 minutes.
