Hydrow Circuit Training- 30 min. Knee-Friendly Rowing & Total Body AMRAP.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a short Cathe Live Upper Body Express for 39 minutes. I've done this one before. It moves fast and was really good. It's the one where someone name Terry? or Tracy? is visiting and she has cut arms. I walked the dog this morning too for about 25 minutes so that's my cardio (DH is in New Jersey on business).

Linda - great workout this morning! And wowza on your workout purge. 700+ workouts gone is a big delete!

Nice to see you both checking yesterday, Annette and Nora. Annette - that was one mish mosh of a workout yesterday!

Nice job Siobhan with your short Cathe Live Upper Body Express for 39 minutes. I'm
wondering if I have done that one, cause it's shorter & Upper Body! I'll have to investigate!

Yep, I just got back with our little walk this AM too!
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a 90 minute gym circuit using ~ 5 machines(2 were just to try them out) , for shoulders, back, upper body, calves and chest, then dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders.

Then I buddy ran the sled taking turns helping a friend try out the sled very cardio.

Then finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and light dumbbell work for triceps and abs. With a good stretch at the end.

I am finished for the day!! Nice workouts for both of you. Siobhan, have your hubby wave in the direction of PA and I will wave in the direction of NJ.
 
Oh and the guy I was buddy using the sled with(and showing him what can be done with the sled) when I had 6 plates (45s) on the sled and was pulling it backwards with the sled the guy jumped on the sled (adding the equivalent of 3 + plates more to the sled) and I managed to pull the sled which had the equivalent of 1 more plate that I normally pull so it was a challenge.

Your 90 Min Gym circuit today using various gym equipment & machines.
Targeting shoulders, back, and upper body. Then focused on calves, and chest. Then with Db's worked on chest, biceps,triceps and shoulders.
Then had a friendly competition with a friend and sled pulling. WTG & and have a fun time working out. That's a double win in my book. Awesome job, WTG!!
